Midtown Tampa is Tampa Bay’s most magnetic destination district, changing the future of urban living. Sprawling across 23 acres on North Dale Mabry, just off Interstate 275, the wellness-focused development provides the ideal environment for healthy living with hotels, restaurants, shops, and weekly events designed to bring out the best in locals and visitors alike.
Tampa’s newest destination district needed a brand refresh that felt more wellness- and community-driven. We kicked off the onboarding with our first quarterly photo and video shoot to create an asset library of vibrant lifestyle images deployed across email, social media, and a newly redesigned website.

We used the images to create Up, Down, Midtown, a relaunch campaign to reintroduce Midtown Tampa as an energetic new destination, unlike anything the city has seen before. Through strategic distribution over email, paid and organic social media, and web, we transformed Midtown Tampa’s brand identity within the first three months of signing them on as a client.
The primary objective of our launch campaign is to reintroduce Midtown Tampa as an energetic new destination unlike anything the city has seen before. Up, Down, Midtown focuses on the dynamic activities you can do throughout the district, and how those activities contribute to both personal wellness and the feeling of connection and community.
